Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) held a conference for its Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff in Canberra to explore ways for better engagement with other IBA staff and customers.

IBA recently formed an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Staff Network (ATSISN) as a key initiative to inspire, encourage and empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees to address issues that affect them in their job and provide constructive feedback on IBA’s operational, policy and workplace matters.

IBA CEO Chris Fry said that he believes the establishment of the ATSISN will help improve the way IBA connects with its customers and engages with each other in the workplace.
