IBA Media Release: Indigenous supplier appointed to operate IBA's IT Service Desk

Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) is proud to announce the engagement of Dreamtime Supply Company (Dreamtime) to provide IBA with service desk and end user computing services.

Dreamtime is a Supply Nation certified business which works with a network of consultants, partners and industry specialists to deliver ICT solutions to a range of private and public sector customers. It has a growing team of Government Security Cleared ICT professionals with extensive security experience. Dreamtime was formed with the ambition of advancing Indigenous employment and economic development in Australia.

Dreamtime’s vision is to create a profitable, sustainable business which in turn will create more employment and career opportunities for Indigenous Australians. Dreamtime offers career and development opportunities with a strong focus on providing Indigenous traineeships.

The appointment of Dreamtime as IBA’s IT service desk provides a necessary service and aligns with IBA’s purpose to advance the economic interests of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. For both IBA and Dreamtime this engagement is seen as a partnership.

Michael Rose, Chief Information Officer at IBA, noted that Dreamtime have complemented the operations of our systems by integrating into IBA’s technology group, providing day-to-day operations and monitoring by a team of experts.
