The following options are available depending on how you registered for myIBA

From the login screen, click 'Forgot your password'
Enter your Customer ID and select Proceed
The OTP will be sent registered mobile number and email address.
Enter OTP and select proceed.
Answer Security questions 1 and 2 and select proceed.
Select to Continue to login.
