Password Reset

The following options are available depending on how you registered for myIBA

  1. Security questions set - Ability to manually reset myIBA Password
  2. Security questions not set - Requires a staff assisted password reset. Call 1800 107 107 for assistance.

Important: If a password is entered incorrectly three times, the account is locked and needs to be unlocked before issuing a temporary password. Call 1800 107 107 for assistance.

From the login screen, click 'Forgot your password'

Forgot Password

Enter your Customer ID and select Proceed

OTP

The OTP will be sent registered mobile number and email address.

Enter OTP and select proceed.

Security Questions

Answer Security questions 1 and 2 and select proceed.

Reset Password

  1. Enter a new password (note your password must have 8 Characters, 1 Uppercase, 1 Lowercase, 1 Number).
  2. Re-enter the password.
