If you have an IBA home loan or business finance product and have been impacted by recent weather events, we want to reassure you and your family that IBA is here in times of need.

If you’ve been impacted by the recent natural disasters – the North Queensland Monsoon Trough and Flooding or the Southeast Queensland Christmas Day Severe Storms – please reach out.

We’re here to listen, support, and help you get back on your feet.

Customers impacted by natural disasters in specified areas can apply for an emergency natural disaster relief grant – $5,000 for IBA business finance customers and/or $2,000 for IBA home loan customers.

Applications for the below areas affected by recent weather events close midnight 6 February 2026 (or until funding is exhausted).
