Indigenous Prosperity Funds

The Indigenous Prosperity Funds (IPF) were launched in 2015 to provide eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait peoples with the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of investments, including exposure to Australian and international shares, bonds, property and cash. The IPF comprise the Growth and Income funds.

As at 31 December 2020, the total funds under management (FUM) was $175.6 million, with units in the IPF owned by 34 Indigenous investors and IBA.

Indigenous Real Estate Investment Trust

The Indigenous Real Estate Investment Trust (I-REIT) was launched in 2013 to give Indigenous investors the opportunity to invest in an actively managed commercial property fund alongside IBA and other Indigenous organisations.

As at 31 December 2020, the I-REIT comprised nine commercial property assets with Gross Asset Value of $122.6 million, owned by 25 Indigenous investors and IBA.
