iba home ownership workshop

Free online workshop for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who want to know more about applying for a home loan with IBA.

About the workshop

IBA are experiencing an unprecedented level of demand for our home loan products, despite the impacts of COVID-19 on the broader community. Many customers want to take advantage of reduced purchasing prices in some states and government incentives, such as the Home Builder grant, for construction loans being offered.

Following the $150 million equity injection into the Indigenous Home Ownership Program to support construction in regional areas, the workshop will also include more detailed information about the construction process

We know navigating your way through the loan application process can be daunting. This workshop is designed to provide you with all the information you need on applying for a home loan through IBA and answer any questions you may have.

“I felt unsure and overwhelmed thinking about budgets, housing processes and loans. Now I feel confident and excited.” - Workshop participant
