IBA acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea, and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures, to the Elders past, present, and emerging.

IBA does not charge loan application fees for new home loans nor does it require mortgage lenders insurance. Fees that are applicable to your home loan will be detailed in the Loan Agreement.

The following table details the loan administration fees applying to IBA home loans.

Loan administration fees
Discharge of mortgage fee
Applied when you complete your loan, sell part or all of your property, or refinance your loan with another lender.
Security dealing fee
Applied in situations where IBA needs to produce the original title for a property over which it has a mortgage. For example, if you need to change the name on the title, IBA may need to provide the title to the relevant land titles office in your state/territory.
Late payment administration fee
May be applied when loan instalments remain unpaid more than 28 days after the due date and an acceptable arrangement has not been made.
^Fees are effective from 1 September 2013 and are subject to change at any time. Other government fees and charges may apply.
