As at 30 June 2020, total investment portfolio valued at $430.7 million, with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander investors owning, in aggregate, equity interests of $169 million, representing 39.2% of the total portfolio.

In the 2019-20 financial year, approximately $4.8 million in distributions were made to Indigenous Partners.
Employment and training
185 jobs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, representing 27.1% of the total workforce in the Investments portfolio, as at 30 June 2020.
Supply chain opportunities
$3.9 million of services and products were sourced from Indigenous suppliers as at 30 June 2020.
Employment opportunities
IBA Investments actively promotes direct employment opportunities and capability building for Indigenous Australians. It also seeks to cascade these benefits by promoting Indigenous procurement and training, further providing support to Indigenous owned businesses.
