natural disaster relief for our home loan customers

Our IBA home loan customers impacted by the December natural disasters can apply for a natural disaster relief grant of $2,000.

Applications accepted until midnight 28 February 2025, or until funds are exhausted (whichever comes first).

Natural disaster relief grants are currently available to affected customers in the following areas:

Queensland

  • Somerset
  • Fraser Coast
  • Gympie
  • North Burnett
  • South Burnett

Victoria

  • Ararat
  • Macedon Ranges
  • Northern Grampians
  • Southern Grampians
