Change Password

Use the Change Password function available under Profile & Settings when using myIBA to update an existing password.

Select Password settings

Password Settings

  1. Enter Current password
  2. Enter New password (note your password must have 8 Characters, 1 Uppercase, 1 Lowercase, 1 Number)
  3. Re-enter new password
  4. Select Save

Tip: Use the Hidden eye symbol to reveal and match the new password

Password requirements: 

  • A minimum of 8 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase
  • At least 1 lowercase
  • At least 1 number

Authentication

A One Time Password (OTP) is sent to the registered mobile number and email address to confirm the Security Q&A change

    1. Enter the OTP within the timeframe
    2. Select Confirm

A notification will be sent to the registered email address and mobile number to confirm the password change.
