Natural disaster relief for impacted customers

If you have an IBA home loan or business finance product and have been impacted by recent weather events, we want to reassure you and your family that IBA is here in times of need. If you’ve been impacted by the recent natural disasters, bushfires in NSW or Tasmania, or Cyclone Fina in the Northern Territory, please reach out. We’re here to listen, support, and help you get back on your feet.

Customers impacted by natural disasters in specified areas can apply for an emergency natural disaster relief grant – $5,000 for IBA business finance customers and/or $2,000 for IBA home loan customers.

Applications for the below areas affected by recent bushfires close midnight 6 February 2026 (or until funding is exhausted).

Tasmania

Glenorchy
Derwent Valle
Southern Midlands
Huon Valley
Glamorgan – Spring Bay

New South Wales

Dubbo
Mid-coast
Muswellbrook
Upper Hunter
Warrumbungle

Applications for the below areas close midnight 28 February 2026, or until funds are exhausted (whichever comes first).
