Definition: An Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander is defined as someone who: Is of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent; and identifies as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander; and Is accepted as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person in the community in which they live or have lived.

Are you applying on behalf of a business entity that operates in the Northern Territory and is: 1. Greater than 50% Indigenous owned and are active in the management and decision making of the business; or 2. Established for the benefit of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with 50% Indigenous representation on the Board?
