APPLICATION FORMS

When you have everything in place to apply for an IBA Home Loan, one of our team will get in touch. There may be a wait period from the time of your EOI assessment and your invitation.

If you have an email address, IBA will send you an application form and additional documents (i.e. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Descent Confirmation) to complete via the Ezidox platform, a safe and efficient way to provide your information and upload documents. If you don’t have access to email, we can send a paper-based application kit.
