To assist our customers through this challenging time we are excited to bring you this free online workshop focused on Exploring Loans and Credit Reports to get you ready for home ownership.

With the added burden of dealing with the cost of living crisis, many customers may resort to making financial decisions that could impact their future. Our workshops are designed to provide you with information and tools which will empower you to navigate your way through money challenges and help you make financial decisions to take back control of your money.

In this 1 hour workshop we will discuss:

  • Different types of credit/loans - secured and unsecured debts
  • Credit reports – what is a credit report and how is it used by creditors?
  • Credit Score – how your credit score can influence your ability to secure credit and the interest rate offered by creditors
  • What you need to know to make informed decisions
  • Resources tools – your options if you need assistance and what tools are available
