Starting the home ownership process can be confusing and overwhelming. Where do you start? Who are the parties involved in purchasing a home? Our Preparing for Home Ownership workshop is designed to provide you answers to these questions and more.

We'll provide you with information and tools to help you navigate your way through home ownership process with confidence.

• Lending options – Explore different lending options (Brokers, banks, internet)
• Finding a Home – Different things you need to consider when looking for a home that is right for you
• Settlement Process – How do you go about signing the contract, what role does the real estate play? What role does a conveyancer/solicitor play?
• Resources tools – Your options if you need assistance and what tools are available.
