Indigenous Prosperity Funds
The Indigenous Prosperity Funds (IPF) were launched in 2015 to provide eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait peoples with the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of investments, including exposure to Australian and international shares, bonds, property and cash. The IPF comprise the Growth and Income funds.
As at 30 September 2024, the total funds under management (FUM) was $290.2 million, with 42 Indigenous investors investing alongside IBA.

Indigenous Real Estate Investment Trust
The Indigenous Real Estate Investment Trust (I-REIT) was launched in 2013 to give Indigenous investors the opportunity to invest in an actively managed commercial property fund alongside IBA and other Indigenous organisations.
The initial portfolio of four properties has increased to 11 whilst the number of Indigenous investors has increased from four to 31. At 15 April 2024 the property assets were valued at over $164 million.
