Natural disaster relief for our business customers

Our IBA business finance customers impacted by recent severe weather events and flooding, can apply for a natural disaster relief grant of $5,000.

Applications for the below areas affected by Cylone Alfred will be accepted until midnight 11 April 2025, or until funds are exhausted (whichever comes first).

NSW

Armidale, Ballina, Bellingen, Byron, Clarence Valley, Coffs Harbour, Dungog, Glen Innes Severn, Kempsey, Kyogle, Lismore, Lord Howe Island, Mid-Coast, Nambucca, Port Macquarie-Hastings, Richmond Valley, Tenterfield, Tweed, Unincorporated NSW

QLD

Brisbane, Fraser Coast, Gold Coast, Gympie, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Logan, Moreton Bay, Noosa, Redland, Scenic Rim, Somerset, Southern Downs


Applications for Natural Disaster Relief grants for affected customers in the following areas are accepted until midnight 31 March 2025, or until funds are exhausted (whichever comes first).
