In the 2022-23 financial year, approximately $6.7 million in distributions were made to Indigenous Partners.

144 jobs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, representing 22% of the total workforce in the Investments portfolio, as at 30 June 2023.

$7.95 million of services and products were sourced from Indigenous suppliers in the 2022-23 financial year.
Employment opportunities
IBA Investments actively promotes direct employment opportunities and capability building for Indigenous Australians. It also seeks to cascade these benefits by promoting Indigenous procurement and training, further providing support to Indigenous owned businesses.
