  2. Enter Date of Birth

Create a secure password

  1. Enter a secure password (note your password must have 8 Characters, 1 Uppercase, 1 Lowercase, 1 Number)
  2. Re-enter the password
  3. Click Proceed

OTP

A One Time Password (OTP) is sent to your registered email address and mobile phone number to verify your preferred communication details.

Enter your OTP and confirm your identity, then click Proceed.

Security Questions

Now you need to set up two memorable security questions to verify your identity.

Terms and Conditions

Accept the terms and conditions and click proceed.

Customer ID

Your customer ID is displayed. Use this alongside the set password to login to myIBA.

The myIBA Portal can be accessed by clicking on the Continue to dashboard button.
