Personal Details

1. Select a title from the drop down menu
2. Enter First name
3. Enter Middle name
4. Enter Last name
5. Enter Date of birth
6. Enter Mobile number
7. Enter Email address

Important – You must enter a personal mobile number and email address that is accessible at all times to receive a One Time Password (OTP)

Mandatory Consents

Accept that you have read and understood IBAs privacy notice and are authorised to provide the personal details presented.

Consent to IBA collecting, using, storing, disclosing or exchanging their personal information.

Optional Consents

This box can be selected to opt out of receiving any IBA general marketing information.

Set up your password

1. Enter a secure password (The password must contain minimum of 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and at least 1 number)
2. Re-enter the password to confirm

OTP

A One Time Password (OTP) is sent to your registered email address and mobile phone number to verify your preferred communication details

Enter the OTP is entered here to confirm your identity and click Proceed

Security Questions

Now you need to set up two memorable security questions to verify your identity.

Terms and Conditions

Accept the terms and conditions and click proceed.

Customer ID

Your customer ID is displayed. Use this alongside the set password to login to myIBA.

The myIBA Portal can be accessed by clicking on the Continue to dashboard button.
